Delivery
We ship with DHL Freight and DB Schenker. Flooring is delivered on pallets to the kerb. On request and at extra cost, delivery to the flat (2-man handling) is also available.
You will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking link as soon as your goods leave our warehouse. The carrier will coordinate an exact delivery date with you.

Returns & refunds
You have 14 days right of withdrawal from receipt of goods. We accept returns within Germany free of charge – on request we will provide you with a free return label. The goods must be uninstalled and in their original packaging.
Cut-to-size products, special orders and products that have already been installed are excluded from returns.
